Axis: 83 employees of the Axis group acquire 310,600 warrants in Axis AB (publ)

In accordance with the decision of the ordinary general shareholders' meeting on 23 May 2001, the employees of the Axis group have been offered to acquire warrants entitling the holder to subscribe for new shares in Axis AB.

In total, 83 employees have subscribed for acquisition of 310,600, warrants 2001/2006, which will be issued in July 2001. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for a newly issued share in Axis at a price of SEK 18.00 per share. The warrants 2001/2006 can be exercised from 4 October 2001 up to and including 2 October 2006.

If all warrants 2001/2006 are exercised, 310,600 new shares will be issued, corresponding to a dilution of the current share capital by approximately 0.5 per cent. If all outstanding warrants in Axis, including the warrants 2001/2006 above, are exercised, 2,353,100 new shares will be issued, corresponding to a dilution of the current share capital by 3.4 per cent.
