Axis Communications Recruits Key Staff Members and Strengthens Focus On eBusiness

Axis Communications, a publicly traded company on the OM Stockholm Exchange's O-list and a leader in network connectivity and emerging wireless Internet based services, strengthens its organisation with the following persons:
Jörgen Lindquist - Chief Financial Officer
Jonas Hansson - Head of eBusiness
Anne Rhenman - Head of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations
Connected to the appointment of Anne Rhenman former Acting Head of Corporate Communications Brigitte Salmi is appointed Head of Marketing and Brand Management.

Jörgen Lindquist was born in 1965 and holds a MBA in business administration.
Mr Lindquist has held various controller positions at the Perstorp Group and was, prior to joining Axis, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the Åkerlund & Rausing Group.

Jonas Hansson was born in 1967. He holds a MEng and a degree in journalism. Prior to joining Axis he was Vice President at Netch Technologies.

Anne Rhenman was born in 1957 and has an education in marketing and communication. As consultant with several PR- and advertising agencies, Mrs Rhenman has experience from marketing, PR and IR. Prior to joining Axis, she was Key Account and Director Operations at Cross Information.

Brigitte Salmi was born in 1959 and holds a BSc in marketing management.
She has international marketing, PR and internal/external communication experience for pharmaceutical and high tech industries, e.g. IBM and Microsoft. Mrs Salmi has been working for Axis Communications since 1996.
