"A lot of schools still in the U.S. have what you referred
to before as the Closed Circuit Television system. And that really
means it's a closed system--that no one outside the school can gain
access to the video. So an important feature today when schools are
looking to upgrade and install new surveillance systems is the fact
that they would like to have remote monitoring or remote access to
their video, which can only be provided with a network video
