
At Axis in Sweden everyone attends an introduction
program. We feel it is important that our new employees
receive a presentation of how we work at Axis and whom
you’ll be working with. As an Axis employee you’ll have
a yearly review where you discuss with your supervisor
possibilities and wishes for personal development and
individual goals. This discussion leads to a specific
plan that is followed up during the year.
Within the R&D area we have a career ladder.

The career ladder is based on a number of defined criterias, that are need to be achieved, such as years of service and experience among other things, before the next step is taken. Apart from the "career ladder" there is also possibility to go on as a manager or team leader.
Axis wants to offer our employees a chance to change jobs or try a new area within the company. In our experience this is an efficient way of developing and satisfying good employees while we keep our experienced staff.
